A full-time Realtor since 2008, Kristi Richard’s diverse background has set an ideal stage for her career as a full-time real estate professional. Kristi spent much of her earlier adult life traveling the world as a business and marketing manager to a professional magician, simultaneously filling the role of magician’s assistant. Prior to her work in the entertainment industry, Kristi received her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Stephen F. Austin University and thrived in several roles involving sales and communication. After concluding that chapter, life’s natural progression led Kristi to real estate.

Within 2 years Kristi was a top producer at Zip Realty in Las Vegas, earning a spot in the coveted Presidents Club alongside the city’s best agents. A native Texan, Kristi decided it was time to move back to the state, choosing Austin as her new homestead in 2012. Kristi didn’t miss a beat and continued to earn multiple Top Producer and Circle of Excellence awards since moving to Austin. In 2019 Kristi acquired her broker’s license and is now a Broker Associate with Spyglass Realty. In 2021, Kristi took her business to the Texas Coast where she now splits time between there and Austin. She owns and manages her short term rental condos and is a partner in a successful golf cart rental business in Port Aransas called Paradise Cart Rental.

Kristi prides herself on providing constant and open communication to her clients and has assisted all variants of clients including first-time homebuyers, sellers, re-locators, distressed homeowners in need of a short sale, as well as savvy investors. She enjoys educating her clients during their real estate transactions and making sure they understand each facet of the process.

Overcoming real estate hurdles and problem-solving are among some of the most exciting aspects of real estate for Kristi, topped only by the satisfaction of knowing she’s found a client the perfect home. Her negotiation skills, experience, and competitive nature ensure her clients always get the best deal possible when crossing a transaction’s finish line. When Kristi isn’t practicing real estate, she enjoys a myriad of different activities including tennis, country dancing, fishing and playing with her two cats.

Kristi was excellent from start to finish. We met with a few realtors but decided to go with Kristi because of her local knowledge of not just the ATX area but our specific neighborhood as well. We are in the process of building a new home so the listing and sale of our house wasn't going to be for many many months during which time, Kristi regularly checked in with us and also set us up with an online portal to provide updates on value of our property and other details. When the time came to list our home, Kristi laid out the plan clearly in terms of listing price, when the house will go on the market, what can we expect day of, how long will we accept offers for and next steps. During the open house weekend, she kept us informed of any good offers that came in. We listed on a Thursday, had an insane open house as well as non-stop scheduled appointments on Saturday and by Sunday we had signed the contract to sell our home for 50% over ask! That is not a typo. I highly recommend Kristi. She's knowledgable, professional, responsive (text, email and phone) and most importantly, can sell your house for top dollar.

1000 Miles away and only had to make 1 trip from the great direction that Kristi gave. Once I had the location I wanted her negotiation skills and knowledge got me the place I wanted and the cost I wanted. She was able to recommend everything along with a mobile signing.
